Refunds

Sorry, all purchase made are final and we do not offer refund. 

However, if in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, or if you are unhappy with the condition of the item(s), please notify us as soon as possible or within 7 days upon receiving your order.

Cancellations

Typically orders are dispatched within 12-36 hours of being received. If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing sales@illustrious.world. It's important that you let us know as quickly as you can as if we receive your order late in the day it is possible it will be shipped within 30 minutes to make the last post. If you notify us and request a cancellation before your order is shipped, we will gladly process a full refund. If you request to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we will not be able offer you a refund.

Orders are usually shipped within 12- 36 hours (Monday - Friday) however on occasion this might not be possible. If for any reason an order placed cannot be shipped within 48 hours, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Shipping

All of our prices are inclusive of shipping.

Depending on the location of the artwork that you have purchase, the delivery time varies from 2-4 business days for local shipping and 5-14 business days for global shipping. Please note, the following delivery times are guidelines only. We will notify you after your purchase to let you know of the approximate date of arrival and also the tracking number (if any).

We are using Stripe payment system. The Service supports most issued cards with a Card Network logo including credit, debit, pre-paid, or gift cards. They will only process card transactions that have been authorised by the applicable Card Network or card issuer.  

Stripe is responsible for protecting the security of Payment Data in their possession and will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical procedures to protect all the personal information regarding our customers that is stored in their servers from unauthorised access and accidental loss or modification. However, they cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use such personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide this personal information regarding yourselves at your own risk. You may want to review their Privacy Policy, which will help you understand how they collect, use and safeguard the information you provide.

Payment

Currently, all transactions are processed in United Kingdom Pounds (£).

Mailing list

If you sign up to our mailing list, we will email you from time to time. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list at any time, please follow the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our newsletters, or email us directly at unsubscribe@illustrious.world. Our database only holds your name and email address and will store no other personal details. We will never disclose, sell or rent your email address to any other individual or company.
